9. Dispute Policy & Fraud Declaration
By engaging with Info Scaler LLC and accepting these terms, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the following:
All disputes, chargebacks, and payment reversals filed against Info Scaler LLC are hereby classified as fraudulent actions. Filing a dispute or chargeback after services have been rendered, agreed upon, or are actively in progress constitutes an attempt to obtain services without compensation, which is considered fraud.
Info Scaler LLC maintains comprehensive records of all client communications, signed agreements, service delivery confirmations, payment receipts, call recordings, and platform activity. In the event of any dispute, chargeback, or fraudulent claim, Info Scaler LLC will present this evidence in full to the relevant payment processor, financial institution, arbitration body, and/or court of law.
Info Scaler LLC has a strong track record of successfully defending against fraudulent disputes and will vigorously pursue every available legal remedy, including but not limited to recovery of damages, legal fees, and reputational harm caused by false claims.
The Client expressly waives the right to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute in lieu of the dispute resolution process outlined in this policy. Any attempt to circumvent this agreement through a financial institution will be met with full legal defense and counter-action.
10. Children's Privacy
Our Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that such information has been collected, we will delete it promptly.
11. International Data Transfers
